When you book an appointment online on OneDoc, you receive two types of notifications:
- A confirmation e-mail, sent to the e-mail address associated with the account, within a few minutes after your appointment has been confirmed;
- A SMS reminder 24 hours before the date of the appointment
If you do not receive OneDoc e-mails:
- E-mail notifications can be found in your spam folders (undesirable mails). Be sure to check this folder in case you cannot find your OneDoc e-mails
- Check that there is no fault in the e-mail address associated with your OneDoc account, directly from your account’s personal information
If you do not receive OneDoc SMS:
- Check if your phone number is correct, directly from your account’s personal information
- If you have a landline number, you will not be able to receive a reminder SMS
If there are no notifications, check to see if your appointment appears in the “My appointments” page on your account. If it is visible, it means that is registered with the office of the healthcare professional.
You do not receive any notifications and the appointment is not visible on your account. This means that the appointment was not confirmed. You must then book another appointment on onedoc.ch.
