An e-mail address and a phone number can only be linked to one OneDoc account. Please refer to the instructions below if you see any of the following warnings:
This phone number is already in use
This warning appears if a OneDoc account already exists with that phone number. In this case, you do not need to create a new account, but simply sign in.
If you are unable to sign in or if you do not remember the e-mail address you used to create your OneDoc account, you can contact our team by providing us: your first and last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number.
This e-mail address is already in use
This warning appears if a OneDoc account already exists with that e-mail address. In this case, you do not need to create a new account, but simply sign in.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these instructions.
Note: it may happen that one of your relatives (spouse, child, parent) has opened an account in their name with your phone number or your e-mail address. If this is the case, please contact this person, so that they can remove your phone number or e-mail address from their account and that way have it at your disposal.
