When you finalize an appointment online, there are several ways to check if it has been confirmed:
-
After clicking on the “Confirm the appointment”, a new page is displayed indicating that the appointment has been confirmed
-
A confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address associated with the account within a few minutes of booking the appointment (remember to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a notification)
-
The “Appointments” button (located in the top right corner of the site, once signed in to your OneDoc account) displays the list of confirmed appointments. If your appointment is listed, it means that it is also registered at the practitioner’s office
You did not see the confirmation page, nor did you receive the confirmation e-mail and the appointment does not exist in the section “Appointments”
If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail and the appointment is not displayed in section “My appointments”, then this means that the appointment has not been confirmed: in this case, you will have to redo your appointment process until you receive a confirmation in some way or another.
