If you do not receive an appointment confirmation by e-mail after an appointment booked online by OneDoc, there could be several reasons for this:
- Confirmation e-mails for appointments can be automatically placed in your spam folder. If you do not receive your OneDoc e-mails, please check the spam folder to make sure that they are not placed in there.
- Check the e-mail address you entered on your OneDoc account for errors. You can do this from the “My account” section.
- The appointment may not have been confirmed. You can check if it has been confirmed from your OneDoc account and schedule a new one if it has not been booked.
